| You can add lots of buttons to your Mail toolbar. While holding down Command-Option and click on pill-shaped object in the top right corner of the Mail window. Drag “Bounce to Sender” to your toolbar. Using the Bounce button will let the sender (spammer) know your email address doesn't exist and they will delete you from their spam list. Unfortunately, most spammers have links in their emails but their return address if fake. | Rebuild the Desktop (OS9 only) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Hold down the Option and Apple (cloverleaf) keys while starting up your computer or after restarting from the Special Menu. Continue to hold down these two keys until you get a dialog box asking whether you are sure you want to rebuild your desktop. Click OK.
