If you are self-employed, have a home office, or simply use your computers at home, when I am on-site, I will be available to answer any questions you have. Whether I am there to fix a problem, set up a new computer, or for an upgrade, you can learn what I am doing and why. Feel free to be watching over my shoulder.
At business offices, I am more likely to be busy working on computers (often several at a time), and only occasionally meeting with supervising personnel.
In either case, individual training sessions can be scheduled. These may cover basic computing – for users new to computing or new to the Mac – or specific issues (like scanning or iTunes). More advanced training is also available for programs and issues listed in the left column below. Ask about training not listed. |
